At Lovebox America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
